This is a hearty dark rye recipe with a beer base to add some flavour.
5 fl oz Hot/Warm Water
4 oz Silo House Irish Red Ale
2 tbsp Molasses
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1 cup Whole Wheat Bread Machine Flour
1.50 cups Rye Flour
3 tbsp Packed Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
¾ tsp Caraway Seed
2 tsp Bread Machine Yeast

Place liquid ingredients in bread machine hopper.

Add dry ingredients except yeast.

Make a pocket in the dry ingredients and add yeast.

Start bread maker on basic cycle.
