This is a small collection of personal recipes. They’re either adaptations of another recipe or hybrids of two more, where I’ve taken elements from each and combined it into something that works for me.

Red Lentil CurryThis is a strongly spiced, easy to make vegetarian curry that has become an instant hit! The heat in this dish is strongly based on the heat of your curry powder, so there's a lot of flexibility. Cut prep time by preparing the onions while the lentils cook.

Electric Pressure Cooker Refried BeansThis is a batch recipe for refried beans. It's a mixture of Pinto and black beans, with a few spices to give it a bit of flavour. We press the batch into ice cube trays, freeze, then transfer the frozen cubes into bags for use as we need them. This is great for portion control. Yield is about 55-60 cubes.
