Random Slow Cooker Cajun Jambalaya

Like other recipes here this is an adaptation of two or more others, tuned to taste.

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 lb Spicy sausage, sliced 5 mm
  • 1/2 lb Raw shrimp, frozen
  • 1 28 oz can Diced tomatoes
  • 1 Large yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 Large red/orange pepper, chopped
  • 1 stalk Cenery, chopped
  • 4 Green onions thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 2 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp Creole seasoning (Google this)
  • 2 tsp Hot sauce
  • 1 tsp Worchester
  • 2 Bay leaves

Coat chicken in creole spice, put aside green onion and shrimp, add everythin else to the cooker.

Cook 4 hours on high or 7-8 on low. Stir occasionally, add shrimp 45 m before serving

Serve with sliced green onion on top.

Ideas

Ideas are cheap. It's implementing ideas that's difficult. I have more ideas than I could ever implement, so I'm going to start recording them here in hopes that someone thinks the idea is good enough to implement.

I used to be a pretty decent photographer. Now I mostly take snapshots. I'm going to inflict some of them upon you.  

Art & Architecture

I've dabbled in many forms of art. Ray-traced digital art, writing, drawing, architecture, even paint on canvas. Some of it can be good. Most of it reflects the small amount of practice I have put into it. I'm now sharing most of it. The grossly incomplete and embarrassing bits are the only significant omissions.
